  • What is your refund and/or return policy?
    • We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you find any of our items defective or not as described, simply return the unused portion of the item within 30 days for a replacement or refund. For our full refund and return policy, click here.
  • Do you take special or custom orders?
    • Yes! Just contact us to discuss your ideas!
  • My candle is smoking and or the flame is too high! Why?
    • As with all natural wax candles, you must make sure the wick is trimmed at all times to LESS THAN 1/4 of an inch above the wax. Natural wax candles are sensitive to their environment, such as drafts and temperature, so we suggest making sure your candle is in an area where the air is still. Wind or breeze will often cause your flame to smoke too much, and this can be even worse when the wick is too long.
  • Will I be allergic to your candles?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot know the answer to this definitively. While we use all natural ingredients in our candles we cannot tell if one person will have issues with burning the candle. Our scents can be strong but most people are not affected adversely to our candle burning in a room. If you have asthma, are sensitive to strong scents, have migraines or otherwise have exhibited symptoms while burning any other candle, we caution the use of burning our candles. If you suspect you will be ok, but would like to “test” our product, we recommend our small votives or tealights.
  • What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
    • We use a proprietary blend of soy and palm waxes made from crops grown in the USA and certified sustainably produced. We never use petroleum based wax such as paraffin (regular candle wax) which is carcinogenic.
  • How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
    • There is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every promotional email we send out. Simply click that link to unsubscribe.
  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
    • Yep! We accept will-call pickups by appointment only Monday through Friday, 10am til 7pm, except Thursdays when we are closed. During checkout, choose “Will Call Pickup” instead of shipping options, and we will contact you when we receive your order to setup a pick-up appointment.
  • Can I see your products in person before I buy them?
